Liftmaster Integration

Liftmaster integration for Alarm.com is a specific garage door control integration due to the way Liftmaster contollers work. The prime example of this are the MyQ Wifi controllers that require the use of an account to control the garage door. When using one of these, you essentially allow Alarm.com to be the "account holder" for your MyQ controller. 

This does mean that you cannot have a MyQ controller attached to both a MyQ account and an Alarm.com account at the same time. Using Alarm.com as your account holder allows you to have all of your automated devices on one app however which is generally the preferred option anyway.
