The Networx panels have built-in landline dialers so if you're planning on using phoneline for signal transmission; the NetworX series are good to go right out of the box for that.

You can also add cellular communicators to these panels if you can't use a phoneline. For newer, more up to date NetworX panels you can use something like the NX-592E-CDMA-ZX-VZ or the NX-592EGS-ZX-AT cellular communicators.
