How do you wire a Visonic DL125C into the Honeywell Vista 20P Trigger Pins
On this Visonic DL125C dialer we will be using 1 channel for Burglary and the second channel for Fire
You will take you TR4120 Trigger cable and plug it onto the trigger pins on the Vista 20P board taking notice of the blank space on the board and on the trigger cable harness. Take your red wire (pin 1wire) of the 4120TR and hook it to the negative terminal of the ELK 912 you will be using for channel 1 on the DL125C. You will then take the green wire (pin 5 wire) of the 4120TR to the negative of the second ELK 912 you will be using for channel 2 on the DL125C. You will then take the orange wire (pin 3 wire) and attached it to the positive of both ELK 912 relays. You will then run a wire from the COM of each ELK 912 relay to the negative terminal on the DL125C. After doing this you will run a wire from the NO terminal of the channel 1 ELK 912 relay to Z1 on the DL125C dialer. You will then run a wire from the NO terminal of the channel 2 ELK 912 relay to Z2 on the DL125C dialer.
Programming for Burglary and Fire channels on the Vista 20P for the DL125C
To program the trigger pins to initiate the dialer follow the steps below:
- Enter programmer by typing 4-digit installer code followed by 800. You will see ‘20’ or ‘In- staller 20’ when you have successfully entered programming.
- You will then type in *79 into the keypad
- You will see ‘Enter Output #’
- You will then type 17 and press * (17 is output trigger 1)
