When you press *2 and you see wireless low battery trouble condition on the screen, press the * key. The screen should now show any wireless zones that have a low battery. The screen may show that there are no zones that have a low battery as well. In either case you will want to press * again to show wireless keypads. Once again you can see if any wireless keypads have a low battery. Finally press * again to see if any wireless keys have low batteries.
