The Honeywell IS335 hardwired motion detector is an economical, easy to install motion detecting solution for your hardwired alarm system. This motion detector features selectable pet immunity for pets up to 80 lbs. and has a range of 40 x 56 ft. The reach of this motion is really impressive compared to other motions in its price range and will make a great addition to your system.

The IS335 has white light immunity up to 2,000 lux and accomplishes this with the addition of a black bug guard. No longer will your motion be tripped by common annoyances such as lights, flashlights or reflective objects.This also has a sealed optics chamber that will keep bugs or drafts from affecting the performance of the motion's detecting capabilities. The Fresnel lense in the IS335 insures that makes sure that no matter if the intruder is standing right in front of it or just at the edge of range; they'll be detected and an alarm condition will incur

  • How many watts is this unit rated for? I wish to connect it to 4 lights, each with 2 watts (8 watts total).

    They consume 7 to 12ma @ 12VDC. It's produces no power at all. It's desinged to be used with an alarm system. You can however find the complete specs here if you're referring to contact ratings:

  • what power are you using to power the honeywell is335 motion sensor and part number please?

    These are intended to be powered by the alarm panel they are generally connected to. They require 12 VDC.
