The TL280LERX-AT is a dual-path cellular and IP communicator for DSC NEO Alarm systems. This Module can be used to provide signal forwarding to a Central Station via Connect 24 service. This is s direct replacement for the TL280LE-AT module.

I live in a foreign country and do not have AT&T nor Verizon, Can this connect to a different internet service provider and Cellular network or is it locked to the two USA networks? My system is A DSC HS2064PCBENG.
The models we have only work with ATT even if that is outside the US, but cannot use other cell carriers. If you have different cell providers where you live you will need to find a communicator that has one of their SIM cards in it.
