The cellular service product you will need depends on the system/communicator you have. Cellular services are not one-time purchases however, they are ongoing as long as you use the communicator, but there are no additional fees other than what is listed on the product pages. Do you monitor Simon XT alarm systems?
Yes we do. You just need to have an alarm.com communicator to do so.

We do not carry 2GIG, but generally those systems use Alarm.com communicators from our experience. Hi, I am very close to install/upgrade our old DSC alarm with DSC Neo. I like the dual path service and central station monitoring. Your company stands out with many great reviews on BBB. Not so much for Alarm.com, is there another company you can recommend?
If you look at the alarm.com reviews in closer detail, you will notice that most are talking about issues with independent dealers not the actual alarm.com service. Alarm.com does not install or sell anything directly to consumers. They only work through dealers that offer their services. It's unfortunate that they get blamed for a lot of issues that have zero to do with them. Things like billing, contracts, installation and equipment issues have nothing to do with alarm.com. We ocassionally hear from someone that has an issue with the app, but that nearly always comes down to a low signal, again the fault of the installer.
Alarm.com is the best provider we work with hands down overall and we offer nearly all of them, Uplink, Total Connect, Connect 24 and Alula. Most are ok, but every department here from tech to purchasing to sales really thinks highly of alarm.com in particular. I use it personally at home and we use it in the office as well and we have our pick any.. A common second recomendation however is often Alula if you are opposed to ADC. -
Is this price just for one alarm system, or multiple alarm systems for multiple addresses?

I have an ADT system that uses the internet and has cellular backup, can I switch over to your system?
You can if you can get the other provider to "release" your communicator so it can be activated by another service provider. Sometimes with bigger companies that can be a challenge to get done and the communicator remains "locked" to them.

I already have an alarm system installed. If I want to switch the company I pay for monitoring services, do you provide this service? What is involved with switching companies?
Yes that is what this service is. Once you purchase the service you are emailed the information required to activate your account. There is a setup form that you list your site and system information and an agreement to esign. Specific steps vary somewhat based on the system and communicator used.

The annual price is 107.40. There is a one time setup fee of $25 billed your first year. The only other cost would be if you are using a cellular communicator that uses services from Alarm.com, Alula, Total Connect, etc. That cost varies based on which provider and plan you use.
